Your personal data will stored both by the hotel and at www.heritagehotels.biz on our servers in Hong Kong and is accessible only to authorized employees. This site has industry standard security measures in place to protect the misuse, and loss of the information stored on our servers.

If you register as a member of www.heritagehotels.biz and complete all the information required in all the fields, this will then be retained in our database and on subsequent visits to the site, once you log in, using your own private password, then when you “request a room”, the data can be recalled to save you re-entering it each time. If there are changes to your personal details, you can email us and any amendments or corrections will be made. Should you request to be deleted from membership then that data will be removed from our system, and a confirmation message sent to you informing you that the data has been removed.
