This site is organised and operated as a sub-division of Concorde Travel, a Hong Kong based travel agency, with licence No 350343, and a full member of ASTA, AFTA, HATA, PATA and a bonded member of IATA.

Any bookings made under this site are a contract between the Hotel and the client. www.heritagehotels.biz acts only as an introduction service and holds no responsibility for the Hotel or property in respect of the charges made or services (or lack thereof) supplied by that property, any more that it holds responsibility for non-payment of services provided to the guest/client.

www.heritagehotels.biz cannot accept responsibility for any room, apartment or suite being unavailable, for any reason whatsoever, when being reported to the client as being specifically reserved for that client. Neither can it be held responsible for the non-arrival of guests when booked to arrive on a specified day.

The hotel will enforce its own clauses and regulations regarding cancellation and non-arrival of guests and this must be deemed to be implicit in using this service.

The user expressly agrees that use of www.heritagehotels.biz is at user's sole risk.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information supplied is accurate, neither www.heritagehotels.biz, or the parent company, Concorde Travel, its affiliates, or any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant www.heritagehotels.biz will be error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of any hotel or property within their listing, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through www.heritagehotels.biz website.

Hotels recommended by www.heritagehotels.biz are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

www.heritagehotels.biz does not warrant that defects would be corrected or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

In no event will www.heritagehotels.biz, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing www.heritagehotels.biz website, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use www.heritagehotels.biz
