Suanthip Vana Resort, the Nature Lover's Retreat, is located amidst the forest of Chiang Rai, a famed northern province of Thailand. Surrounded by the beauty of Mother Nature. The Lanna-style suites each have a terrace. All rooms are furnished in teakwood. True to its roots, each six hill-tribe villa is constructed with sand walls composed of decorative straw.

In a beautiful and tranquil setting, the bamboo rooms are set on a hillside and are constructed in traditional hill tribe style with mud floors, bamboo walls, and leaf roofs. All of the furnishings and fittings are made of bamboo. The open-air restaurant offers panoramic mountain views and the modest swimming pool is better described as a “wading” pool, but it is beautifully designed. An outdoor lounge, next to the pool, has a fully-stocked bar.
